Job security and leaves are good and for new hire it is good.

Dislikes

Salary is low it is like sometimes you unable to paid your monthly expense. I think for a experienced one if you have more then 3 years of experience your salary should above 20k and many of MNCs are paying good salary and also senior level management is not that supportive you own have to do every thing.

The leadership is there with you, sitting next to you. The actual visibility in layman language. One can learn and shadow multiple task or skills can be improved. Training and learning are one of the best features one can apply for and it’s easy to apply unlike other organisation.

Dislikes

I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

Some Manager behaviour is not good. I am working here to less salary even in my team same folks also work double of my package with same experience. We work here every day 10 to 12 hours continued without overtime payouts. I don't want to wright here everything.

Good for Fresher to start from here but the salary or pay is way to less according to the night shifts.

The Culture of company is political the promotions and hierarchy is way to basis. The appraisal are not satisfactory.
