Genpact as a company has great roots and culture. The working environment is great for juniors, since the managers try to provide a platform and offer help whenever needed. Genpact offers good learning opportunities by designing trainings from time to time for all it's employees. Although it is a service based company, and clients play a significant role in the workload, the managers do their best to see to it that employees don't get over burdened with work.

Dislikes

While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.

Wonderful company to work at. No micro management. Good part is genome aap to upskill yourself. Management encourages you to upskill you at work.

Dislikes

No bonus and hike is minimal, health insurance is 2lakhs only, No term insurance for employees, no proper cab service, basic facilities in company is missing.

Work life balance is good, there is not much challenges you can balance things but lot of depends upon the project

Salary growth is slow. The hike is mostly from 4-8%. 5% is average that is given to 70% of people. 4% is given to 10% for people who don’t meet the expectations. 7-8% is highest rating its given to 20% of people but not easy to get Also learning with projects or new techstack is totally upon your luck as it varies project project Most important genpact has all migration projects. So don’t expect much of dev task

...ost cutting to the extent where there are no tissues provided in washroom. You will be forced to work on weekends without any additional pay. They won’t allow to carry phones to floor due to this you won’t be able to attend interview calls. 9 out of 10 people give this reason for still staying with Genpact. On the scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this company 2. Don’t join this company at any cost.

...r worked in such a dishonest company. Starting with HR, they delay meal tickets. The bonus that managers say we earn, are always paid at least 2 months late. I had a misfortune of horrible, prejudiced manager. He already told us to our face that he doesn't hire homosexual, because they are fragile. He always causes phychological terror with te team, if people don't do what he wants.
