Poor salary and related perquisites which is not asper the current industry standards.Appraisals are not timely executed, high attrition rate in 2021 - 2022 leading to overburden of work among other team members, low absorption of new resources etc.

first afall i am fresher. i need a good paltfoem to learn so my friend suggeste me for this company. because this company good work enivorment and cultue. teammates and supportive and the managemant is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before whicg you cannot resigh.

If you are in the company from the beginning of your career then your salary will be less compare to the market. Salary is the only problem and rest all things are good.
