I like the culture of genpect which is very friendly.

Genpact is a great company but only problem was the way they hire a person. The salary was not given as per my knowledge. It was decided based on last drawn salary.

No growth. No learning. Hostile environment. No one listen you. Move you any other process without discussing with you. Manger and uper management chill but make under there employees working culture hell. You can face all this.

Genpact india give very less salary that demotivated to the employees most of the time . Nobody want leaves genpact because of less salary all employees search other jobs.

Genpact is a worst company no work life balance, low salary hike, no promotions, no night shift allowance, daily extending work, month end is very terrible 😣🤢 management asking to work on Saturdays and they will pay low weekend amount.

There is too much to dislike. If you join as a fresher on the company payroll the annual salary is 2,00,000 fixed. Even an apprentice has better salary than you of 15,700 per month with no deductions. If you join as an experienced person then your salary might be better. Also, annual appraisal is of only 7%. Also, it is mandatory to do the RTO ( Return To Office) twice a week but there is a partiality. If you have good bonding with your TL then you can come once a month or do not come as well. Promotion criteria is foolish like it is mandatory to complete genome trainings to get a Promotion. Promotion should be done on the basis of performance not trainings. Also, the time period of getting the Promotion is the worst in the industry. What they say is after 2 years you will be eligible for Promotion. From What I have experienced is my Promotion got delayed for 7 months for no solid reason. The internal politics is at the very best, you just have to have a good bond with your TL to do politics.
