CTC is pretty low even after your promotions. It is almost equivalent to previous overall salary with current in hand salary.

One thing I like about Genpact what ever work you do you will get 9% yearly appraisal fixed in a year, which most companies don't give now a days. Even Infosys also didn't give any yearly appraisal till now.

Salary structure, that needed to be improved.

They will make you do extra hours without any extra pay so it is a scam organisation and it is not for a single account but for all of them if you are into finance like R2R, P2P or O2C

The process in which I was, the work culture was excellent, the behavior of the seniors are very very good and they are too much helpful. In Genpact you will get many opportunities to learn new things also you will get plenty of scopes where you can showcase your knowledge, they will encourage you in every situation. And conclusion is your behavior against your seniors and juniors and your end to end knowledge in your process leads you to your next promotion, I got my 1st promotion after 18 months, so it is not too difficult.

Dislikes

The only drawback is the pay scale, so you have adjust to some extent, so try to join at a moderate pay scale and secure your seat as an assistant manager.

The work culture here is very good you can learn bery quickly the management is very good regarding work. Very good starting MNC for anyone.

Dislikes

The pay structure is bit less compared to other MNC in this business. If you have other offers from different companies join there they will pay more.
