Genpact is good Hike ,salary is very poor Team engagement depends on managers If u good ones it's heaven if u get bossy or terrible humans then it's worst Salary very poor

Genpact is a company which would provide immense knowledge and learning. It's the best place if someone is looking for prestige, job security and flexibility.

Dislikes

Salary structure and appraisals should improve, chances of internal movements and promotions should improve since many are stuck at the same level since years and are not able to take movements due to internal issues.

The only two things which I think Genpact should look into are the salary structure and charges against cab facility. Other than these two, everything is good in Genpact.

It’s Best company work culture it good , you can learn lot , over all very very good. Leadership company has.

Salary part is poor as per Metropolitan city , in this salary only person can survive but won’t able to fulfill other needs.

There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here
