...ral team is very pathetic. Lack leadership skill and don't value others time. Worst part is the salary package! Managers have less salary than assistant managers. Then what is the point of getting promotion. Annual increment is like penny amount!

...ost cutting to the extent where there are no tissues provided in washroom. You will be forced to work on weekends without any additional pay. They won’t allow to carry phones to floor due to this you won’t be able to attend interview calls. 9 out of 10 people give this reason for still staying with Genpact. On the scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this company 2. Don’t join this company at any cost.

...r worked in such a dishonest company. Starting with HR, they delay meal tickets. The bonus that managers say we earn, are always paid at least 2 months late. I had a misfortune of horrible, prejudiced manager. He already told us to our face that he doesn't hire homosexual, because they are fragile. He always causes phychological terror with te team, if people don't do what he wants.
