... whosoever is about to join this company, PLEASE, look for a job somewhere else. If you have NO EXPECTATIONS from a company except your salary, you're blessed to be here. There is no employee satisfaction, late working hours, no goodies or treats to pamper you, working on weekends, no as such reimbursements (except broadband which is a basic one), no facility to which you'll say you didn't make a wrong call. Trust me, do not join this company untill you're jobless and have no other option left in this world. I have been looking for another job just after I joined. Also, just to make you aware, do not join Coca-Cola project (FP&A). No matter what designation/ package you're offered (Manager and Senior Manager do the same thing. There's no difference in the KRAs. Infact, you'll be working as an Analyst). This project is not FP&A, rather FP&A operations. Post this, if you still plan to join, GOD BLESS YOU.

Job security, well structured organization, proper escalation channels in place, professional work environment

Unequal pay, have experienced gender inequality during work distribution, some people in management exploit the system but letting boot lickers enjoy the promotions and salary corrections.

Flexibility to adjust according to your personal needs. Timely growth and career opportunities

Dislikes

Need to revise the pay scale of employees. Especially people who have been working for long tenture within the Org.

Best organization to work with. Learning and development is very subjective. If a subject is willing to achieve something s/he can do wonders working in this org.

Dislikes

It is the remuneration part that i am slightly worrying. Otherwise, the env that it provides you sometime willing to forget that salary part.

Well there are many things I like about Genpact be it learning and development of its employees, job security and go beyond boundaries to help it's employees during tough time. Work culture is awesome. Genpact creates leaders.
