Plenty of things to dislike. 1.Salary 2. Appraisal 3. Employee recognition 4. The managers want the associate to be their eyes and ears. 5. Management is not employee centric. 6. HR not willing to talk or respond to the email. Whenever called they would just reply “I will call you later”. Not recommended at all.

If you want to work without any tension so you can join Genpact there is job security for sure.

There is very low yearly increment also they are hired new fresher employees on more than salary of their own experienced employees.

Everything is bad in this organisation salary hike ,appraisal 2.5-4 % no learning environment ..they are not talk about employees future goal only just to make complete RTO through out the week.. that' it

I joined genpact feb 24 and on march I came to know that I am expecting a baby. Now they are forcing me to resign or go on loss of pay bcz as per them client will not allow wfh. I only requested them for wfh as I am unable to travel but they are forcing me to resign.

Learning and development areas are far better than any other company. No Recession impact has been seen so far.

...rea for RTO Employees. Appraisal % is too minimal if compare to Industry Level. Bonus is something which is only good to see on your Bonus Letter,Never every Paid as per promised. Promotion and Growth: No growth if someone is not going to resign from Upper level, you have to wait for resignation of another employee. Policies: BHR is something who works for Management only, you need to find the Policies and other things on your own. No Parties and Outing since I joined this organisation, Eat, Sleep Work and Repeat till Friday.
