At Genpact, everything depends on the process/client you are working for. Some process has better growth chances.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management is very slow to address any issues. Salary is comparatively low one should negotiate properly.

...ut your career. Salary increment is also low only single digit you will get . No free cab service you will have to pay ₹ 1000 Management always support to gorgeous girls to get growth. Management is like " Tharkee"

...don't see any other positive. Support during COVID was positive and appreciable. If you are ambitious and want growth, fair compensation and increments this is not a company for you.

Dislikes

Increments are terrible on average hardly see 4% every year for AM and managers. Promotion opportunities are limited and not fairly contested growth rate is quite slow. Work life balance will depend on type of process you are in but as per my experience and discussion across different processes it's in average to bad category. Have worked in 3 companies and would rate Genpact as 3rd in the list in terms of work life balance, increments, oportunities, learning and being employee centric. Cab facility is worse you have one side paid cabs. Cabs are non AC and sometimes employee rostered in cab are more than cab capacity. Never get cabs on time if it's your lucky day might get it after waiting for 15 to 20 min.

Work culture is great, everytime you will get someone to help you, along with the learning modules.

Dislikes

CTC is pretty low even after your promotions. It is almost equivalent to previous overall salary with current in hand salary.
