Worest company I ever who always cheat there employee on salary . There personal life toxic culture. During hiring they hire for underwritter but after on-boarding they put you into data entry operator. This company only exploit people. No skill development. To personal growth. If you want data entry job welcome into Genpact.

...ut enough money. Always there is a way to not do anything during working hours. And last is that always try to join here in last phase where you have increased your salary enough that now you seems retirement in Genpact.

Managers and others will try to convince you to stay here as here is growth but after few years you will realise that you have lost many years for growth and nothing is gone in your favour. Here is many people working on Process Developer from 8 to 10 years. So, I can't find any growth in it.

Salary not at par with the industrial standard. No scope of opportunities and if you anyhow grab the promotion the salary revision is not high as per expectation.

I am working with Genpact last 6 years but there are no incremental in the salary, There very poor transport facilities and time schedule of the company Cab. There are no option to move anywhere 😕 or change the technology.
