They don't have projects for any technology and they are asking employees to leave the organization after serving np 3 months or else take immediate release even. Please don't join this company.

There are multiple things out of which few are ° Low compensation ° No skill development ° No perks ° Bad work life balance ° Mostly night shifts available ° No solution in conflict

I like the culture of genpect which is very friendly.

Genpact is a great company but only problem was the way they hire a person. The salary was not given as per my knowledge. It was decided based on last drawn salary.

...ve no complaints with Genpact since the time I have been working there till now. Through this medium, I would like to tell Genpact that if the salary is a little better, then every employee will be able to survive well. According to the way inflation is increasing in life. If we talk about dislikes, then there is nothing disliked. There is just a small problem inside the stomach that if we are talking about transport then there is a little issue in transport. Otherwise everything is ok.There should be a good increment so that every employee can live his life well. The way things are getting expensive, the way people have medical issues, etc.

Good work life balance. Started Focuse on AI and skill development forbthe employees by company. Automation of projects.

Dislikes

...of management,favoratism culture. And poor management for the project handling . Low salary promotion partiality amongst favourite employee, hardworking and scencere employee is not rewarding as appraisal and promotion.
