Dislikes

Job security, allocation support, self centeredness of HR and talent match team. No one to deploy people to new assignments, support or guide for new assignments. Lack of support or help from management. Distribution of work is not good. Favoritism, not focussed on employee's profile and growth.

It has worst work culture. Low salary, No work life balance, bench everywhere. Seriously if someone ask me about good thing about Genpact, I won't have anything to answer.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bad. Bossy culture is bad. Annual appraisal is bad. No on time promotions. It has a bad culture and everyone looking to change the company. In my opinion, if you are not hired anywhere that's why you are with Genpact.

Job security, learning and on-site working opportunities, culture, employee friendly HR

Dislikes

Less than industry standard pay grade, no or minimal monetary benefits for overtime, night shifts for most of the job opportunities here, less conversion of bench strenth into regular full time strenth.

Even though it is always your immediate management who provides the work environment (good/bad), but overall Genpact culture is employee friendly, however few recent changes will give the future steps to overall employee experience in coming days.

...ery low, not even 50% comparing to basic in market from other equivalent people. Good offers to external but those who stayed longer since beginning are not getting return in salary.
