The work-life balance and the general attitude towards work and the culture within teams is well maintained and appreciated by all employees.

Dislikes

The growth and appraisals are not as handsome as the competition. The pay is good during joining but the year-on-year growth is stagnated.

Genpact is been a worst experience for me. Salary was good that's it.

Dislikes

A lot of work pressure from the beginning and after project completion they put employees on bench for just cost reduction and do not allocate them on other projects. They simply give a bench letter and as the employee to leave after 2 months.

Learning and skills that I developed here.

Dislikes

Promotions, bonus, work life balance all such things I didn't like. Some process and managers are great but others like mine its hard to take leave and we don't get overtime either.

Job security is good. Can avail to work from home policy. Good Compensation depending upon the Skill.

Dislikes

Work Pressure is more. No health insurance for parents, they need to add health insurance policies for parents as well.

Dislikes

Job security, allocation support, self centeredness of HR and talent match team. No one to deploy people to new assignments, support or guide for new assignments. Lack of support or help from management. Distribution of work is not good. Favoritism, not focussed on employee's profile and growth.
