Plenty of things to dislike. 1.Salary 2. Appraisal 3. Employee recognition 4. The managers want the associate to be their eyes and ears. 5. Management is not employee centric. 6. HR not willing to talk or respond to the email. Whenever called they would just reply “I will call you later”. Not recommended at all.

...pdate bank or PF information correctly, and there is no proper point of contact. Salary in hand and perks offered and actual salary received is in stark contrast, lot of hidden adjustments so if you receive the perks as promised, consider yourself lucky. Employees are restricted from reaching out to HR directly. To sum up, it all depends on the manager

...quasation team, they don’t work and lack of communication between employees. 4. Salary on to the mark and benefits as not at all given even if client provides.

Learning and development areas are far better than any other company. No Recession impact has been seen so far.

...rea for RTO Employees. Appraisal % is too minimal if compare to Industry Level. Bonus is something which is only good to see on your Bonus Letter,Never every Paid as per promised. Promotion and Growth: No growth if someone is not going to resign from Upper level, you have to wait for resignation of another employee. Policies: BHR is something who works for Management only, you need to find the Policies and other things on your own. No Parties and Outing since I joined this organisation, Eat, Sleep Work and Repeat till Friday.

The only reason I have been working this company is work-life balance. Of course you have to work hard on the transition phase for your own betterment, other than than the people the engagement the culture is over the top. Genpact is the best company for the freshers in the industry.

Dislikes

The salary structure is not good here. One has to be well skilled and efficient in order to get the good hike.
