Monopoly of few people, Nothing to Learn, If you join here. you will be stuck without any learning. Do not join in their IT section. You will never be get a chance to grow. Most of the employees are working here atleast for last 15 years which is good and bad both..because 3 months notice period never be compromised. Increment is just a name.

Monopoly Work life balance is zero. Apart from salary ,Nothing for whole team. Lengthy process for small task.

Culture, ethical standards,policy, environment etc except salary structure.

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

How much good project you got depends on ur luck. Salary hikes to most of candidate is in one digit only. Getting promotions is very tough one of my friend worked for 6 year but not got promotion

High attrition rate, poor work life balance, poor salary hikes, over the shifts work, cannot move to other projects easily and life will be stressed. Better to sell chai and samosa. Then after, Even you can make better money then average assistant manager of Genpact

...ams as well with no direct reporting, like working as an SME without incentives. You only have the salary to survive with no motivation, no visibility of promotion, and nowadays no job security as well.

Everything, no work-life balance, no visibility of promotion, demotivating management, no incentive plan for MT and above while they work like a slave
