Absolutely everything else is bad. Bad pay, sad work environment, even worse management. Horrible office politics with managers and senior officials never taking accountability for anything. Harassment is rampant and managers are shielded by high ranking officials, in case complaints are lodged. They have a 100% retaliation rate in case of complaints though claiming to have a 100% no-retaliation policy. So one has to fend for himself/ herself with no support from anyone (ombudsperson included). No subsidised food or any other benefits like overtime, bonuses (except a yearly bonus which is included in your CTC), two way drop and pick-up etc. By far one of the worst company I have ever worked for.

State of the Art idea generation & suppprt model. Good training, even the people at Associate level is so much skilled. Nurture people with skills & opportunity. Engagement activities.

Dislikes

Lowest Compesation in entire industry. If you are an employee with a good package, the management will look at you like a cost burden. HR have almost controlled by higher management.

Salary on time. Even paid timely for bench resource without any salary delay.

Dislikes

Project management and organisation of work by manager was very poor. Was in US based project, the US manager used to make us work un IST as well as US timings. Daily status calls used to continue for atleast 2hrs with entire team, ultimately wasting time for many of the people. During production deployment used to made us sit even of weekends for months. After production release, released many people from the team to cut the project budget. For bench resources the internal project focus on resources with low salary budget irrespective of skill set. So in my case it was hire at high package to meet the production deadline and then fire the resource.

There is job security. At the end of the month you get your salary.

Dislikes

Management should be fixed. There is no concept of equality, anyone with the tag Manager behaves like they own you. Micromanagement is something you can't avoid. Managers openly Target. I have never worked in an environment as worse as this one. I will never recommend it to anyone.
