Genpact is a good company , Work culture and work life is good .

Dislikes

There is no bonus . Salary is less There should be medical for family /dependents also . The mediclaim TPA work is very slow. No surprise gift for employees.

Its a good learning platform for freshers and also gives good opportunities for internal job placement which provides job security

Dislikes

Pay scale is bot upto the mark for which work is been assigned and hikes are not satisfactory

Working in Genpact environment is good .it feels good with that culture .

Working timing and the burden is no way related to the salary which we take and no extra activities . The hikes and bonus are very less

This is the place where you will get complete recognition and they will give you a proper growth of your job and also they will increase your salary based upon your performance And also no politics and women's harassments it's safe place to work to grow your career

They provide very less salary compared to other corporate companies

There are moderate growth opportunities in this Organizations.Work pressure is normal depending on your process.Hrbrid shift timings. If you have pending work, you can complete it any time before its deadlines. Sometimes organization throws parties for their employees which is privilege for us. Office is located nearby metro; that's why it is easy for us to commute.

Dislikes

Salary hike is horrible, hardly 4 to 5% annually There is not much learning. Again, it is depending on your process. Monotonous work. It will be difficult for you to acquire new skill set. Manager is not very supportive and will not guide you. You are on your own. If you try to switch your process, you might be in great trouble i.e if you don't get a new process on time, you might lose your job.
