Genpact is a good company , Work culture and work life is good .

Dislikes

There is no bonus . Salary is less There should be medical for family /dependents also . The mediclaim TPA work is very slow. No surprise gift for employees.

Likes

Freshers can have scope to learn about P2P , etc and trainings based on your project also. Friendly atmosphere in company.

Dislikes

1.Starting salary is low for freshers as compared to other organisations. 2.Low hikes compare to other organisations. 3.Working shifts especially at night. No shift allowance.

Likes

1) Work-life Balance 2) On-time Salary 3) Good Managers/ Collegues 4) The Main goal is to increase the company's strength so focusing more on Recruitment. 4) They have the best clients i.e., GE, Baker Hughes

Dislikes

1) Not a competitive paymaster especially for Freshers 2) Training portal is horrible they have a Learning portal named Genome, which was created by Genpact maybe it's a collection of open-source gathered and kept as training, there was no udemy, Coursera, etc. 3) Very very slow environment, not much growth opportunity I found. 4) They hire for no reason and Keep as a backup on the bench. 5) No Appreciation for entry-level jobholders. 6) Newly implemented policy called VIC and I always give my best but get a low ratings.

The only thing good about Genpact is Job Security.

Dislikes

...ost cutting to the extent where there are no tissues provided in washroom. You will be forced to work on weekends without any additional pay. They won’t allow to carry phones to floor due to this you won’t be able to attend interview calls. 9 out of 10 people give this reason for still staying with Genpact. On the scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this company 2. Don’t join this company at any cost.
