Monopoly of few people, Nothing to Learn, If you join here. you will be stuck without any learning. Do not join in their IT section. You will never be get a chance to grow. Most of the employees are working here atleast for last 15 years which is good and bad both..because 3 months notice period never be compromised. Increment is just a name.

Monopoly Work life balance is zero. Apart from salary ,Nothing for whole team. Lengthy process for small task.

On time salary, Tools and other issues fixed timingly.

Work culture to mangers behavior. Basically there are several project/process. Few of them from top clients. Few Senior managers from Content Curation team and GPPRS Chandan Kumar Singh, Kumar Anjanay all of these people are very much unprofessional and they lie about project deadline, ramp up, these people will force you out of company if you are in their bad books. Managers or FLM's here are the worst few of them are Mohd Wahib, Tariq Jameel are one of the worst managers of all because they are partial and play politics with employee. These people will give chances to their favorite employees or their known people. Every IJP is rigged and candidates are already selected due to favoritism. Also, Job security is here myth projects fluctuate a lot. They will not provide you real time skills just complete your genome cards which is obsolete and outdated.

There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here

Flexibility to work from office as well as home. Management is supportive, they would listen to concern and assistance. Policies are in place to ensure balance organizational structure.

They don't have projects for any technology and they are asking employees to leave the organization after serving np 3 months or else take immediate release even. Please don't join this company.
