...in Genpact. Genpact have a policy where we have to plan ur sick before 45 days They will give u a salary hike where u even don't get that ur salary has increased and with the Bonous which Genpact is giving to their employees they can buy a whole city with that amount. In Genpact once ur eligible for promotion to get that on papers u have to wait for 6months to 1 year after that also there is no guarantee that u r getting ur promotion on papers.

It's great place for freshers in learning perspective. But in terms if pay terrible package for freshers and we can't grow financially if we stay here.

Pay and increments for freshers and recruiting system of freshers at MT.

Compensation wise I got very good , work culture ok. Job security comes under your profile demand always.

Recruitment HR is very poor , it help desk is very poor, don't see transparency from HR dept or employee benefits.

Nothing to like about this company. Worst company. You can just expect little job security here as compared to other companies.

Everything. Worst company to work with. They are already making their employees work for more hours and recently they have extended their working hours from 9 hours to 10 hours with just 1 hour of break and asking you to maintain 9 hours WAM with no extra pay. Sometimes they also ask you to work on weekends with no extra pay.They really need to understand that people working at this organisation are humans too and not robots. Absolute 0 work life balance. Worst management

Once upon a time work life balance was good All depends on your Manager and Management,if they are good you will get good flexibility and freedom.

Where to start - No promotion Pathetic Salary Band 3 and above rules the company and get all the benefits. Penalized the lower level and mid management employees 10hrs working shift with one hour break got introduced which will now leads to mass attrition. Only the middle management will struggle to backfill the position, band 3 and above they only think about their own benefits No company benefits Basically you are a daily wage labour and your views will be ignored completely Genpact India is the worst compare to Genpact other countries, they gets lot of benefits.
