...thing what you want to do. You have to learn it on your own and apply within. Promotions and pay are a slow increase. Give years and then you will grow.

It is more flexible to manage both family and work. It is good in providing compensation.

It does not construct the employees to upskill in providing enough trainings. And I feel the management is not cooperative.

Salary is a decent but career growth is solved there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot reason on the job training is not given to new joineess and more and more knowledge our skills development

Their learning modules are beyond the standard I so far came across. Identifying the true calibre and providing opportunities was what my experience there.

The opportunities are provided for true calibre. But the resource should be cheaper or can adjust to low pay check. Attitude of leadership is seldom upto the mark, personally or professionally. HR, especially in this org, is useless. Chamchagiri plays major role. They themselves do not understand what to speak in a forum about an employee and what not to. They "think" the org culture is so great that people who resigned usually come back without analysing how many T20 (their top rating) are returning. They don't have courage to think and take decision to go beyond policies, especially during WFH enabling phase in 2020. Managers lost the trust they had because of this. Leadership is so proud being called lowest payer, they direct such comments to the brand value they created after being lowest payer. Do they not see it as exploitation without paying fairly to the right talent? Bonus calculation is a gimmick, no one can understand it and the calculation is always kept a secret. Even HR cannot explain why someone got so much less pay after being rated high.
