...ere because Genpact has increased work timings to one more hour and it's now 10.5 hours including breaks for same salary. 3. Cheap politics of team leads and managers to use the agents to the utmost and never care what agents go through and show partiality based on whom they like they will get the AES ratings. 4. They never care about your extra efforts which you put in for your work but they might say they recognise those efforts. 5. No leaves for the first six months. 6. No incentives and ratings except feedbacks on the mistakes.

No benefits those who work hard Infrastructure and facilities are becoming so bad No proper cab facility Increment and bonus is not providing based performance Not hiring proper resources Wont provide wfh or even hybrid options even health is becoming worse Difficult to get leaves

...ne of us to get tied ul to the table WFH, the first taste of work from the home. Salary is good. Promotions are pretty much decent. Can't just thank enough and I'd love to working with Genpact once again, now. Looking for an opportunity.
