My experience with Genpact has mostly been positive. They have a fair working policy. The only thing I didn't like is the hike after first year which is not based on performance but is generalised. From second year onwards it's performance based.

The salary provided by the company in terms of your performance and work responsibilities is very horrible and poor. So much of responsibilities and things to do but company never gives you the salary what you deserve for

I am giving 1 star to genpact because it is the worst company with people on it. They made me to resign from job, that much they troubled me. NEVER EVER JOIN GENPACT.

full company is dislike. worst company. worst people. worst pay.worst management. NEVER EVER JOIN GENPACT. That's my personal experience of 10 months where they made me to resign by troubling a lot.

It was amazing company as it provides growth and good salary

1 side cab only without ac and it provide shuttle from 1 side from metro station in summers shuttle that also do not have ac and the process was not at good totally biased they had hired candidate just for firing them on basis of gender if she is a female they will put you on bench and ask to leave after 3 months. No job security in this.

Likes

Genpact as a company has great roots and culture. The working environment is great for juniors, since the managers try to provide a platform and offer help whenever needed. Genpact offers good learning opportunities by designing trainings from time to time for all it's employees. Although it is a service based company, and clients play a significant role in the workload, the managers do their best to see to it that employees don't get over burdened with work.

Dislikes

While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.
