No learning opportunity Worst cab services -3 hrs early pickup in summer without AC cabs and you have to pay for it from your salary Top management behaviour towards agent is like people are machine. You have to do night shifts without any night allowance additionally work pressure is too much and most of the day you have to do extra hours without any extra pay. Management is like puppet of top management and they have to pressurized people in every way like leaves, wfh etc Top management cannot see people happy. If you really want to challenge yourself then you can join this company rest you can blindly join any other company.

The more you work the more you realise that it was better not to be in Genpact. No work life balance, salary is peanuts, too much work and no rest, even leaves and holidays you won’t get to enjoy…Worst company it is….

...e management was disorganized and showed little concern for employee well-being. The workload was overwhelming, and they often expected us to work long hours without proper compensation. The company culture was toxic, with minimal opportunities for growth and development. I would not recommend anyone to work at Genpact if they value their mental and physical health.

Flexibility Learning opportunities are really great. If you are lucky to be in a team where manager allows to take IJP, then you can explore opportunities

Unless you are a tier 1 college passout or joining in top management the salary is peanuts. They are clueless about how much more other companies pay for similar roles with similar experience. Bonus is laughable to say the least.

Genpact do have work life balance with most flexibility than any company in the world but when it comes to hard workers then it's a bad not saying it as a worst co to join because the pay is very less to hard working people's again saying it it's very good for non hard workers.
