Micro management, Not providing hike and bonus as committed while joining, There is no free transport facility only one way cab and that too is chargeable, there no shift allowance for night shift. No job security,they will Target people and torture them so that they will resign themselves.

Genpact Customer support technician - Bangalore location. Some people are helpful. They will understand the work pressure you are going through and help you. They knows that other senior agents are not working only doing Boot polish to TL but they can't fight the system.

...agents anything because they are friends. People have applied Genpact culture. They will give bonus to their friends agents not everyone and when you will ask for bonus they will try to find your mistakes. Politics is the worst part in Genpact (project - Intel customer support technician role). They will first talk to you very politely then after your training you have to extend your shift hours to work because senior agents were not available.

...I started my career with GENPACT and it's been 11 solid years with 4 promotions. One drawback is GENPACT is not a pay master which at times is very dispappoting

Work from home. Good for fresher's. Learning is good that's it. Management try to bargain salary.

...s. No appreciations. If ur manager is good you will get. Always cost cutting. More salary for outsiders.. No special facilities. My suggestion is Learn & get experience then move on. Don't stick. Maximum 2.5 years. They will tell you will get promotion but that's also politics.. after Senior associate u have to wait for 4-5 years to become BA. Garthi was there. Lot of domination. No appreciation at all. She speaks very soft to impress you & if something wrong her words was very bad. Micro Manager.
