Work life balance is good, there is not much challenges you can balance things but lot of depends upon the project

Salary growth is slow. The hike is mostly from 4-8%. 5% is average that is given to 70% of people. 4% is given to 10% for people who don’t meet the expectations. 7-8% is highest rating its given to 20% of people but not easy to get Also learning with projects or new techstack is totally upon your luck as it varies project project Most important genpact has all migration projects. So don’t expect much of dev task

If you are referred by any VP then please join this company, other my sincere request don't think about this company if you are in good in technologies, this is purely consultancy they leave directly with customer and customer will expect to complete work before expected time and will force to you long working hours and weekends, Dont ever ask for joining bonus its scam in Genpact. Managers are non-technical and they listen to customers, there is no value for employees, I worked and ruined my career, request you all think before joining

1. managers are good politicians then any MP and MLA 2. No hike and variable what they promise 3. Bond for 2 years 4. Toxic work environment 5. BPO culture not suitable for IT professionals

The more you work the more you realise that it was better not to be in Genpact. No work life balance, salary is peanuts, too much work and no rest, even leaves and holidays you won’t get to enjoy…Worst company it is….

They offer good salary They also have proper work timings which help you maintain work life balance

Genpact serves mostly as a vendor to client, due to which there is not a lot in their control. Also for client projects you are hired as developer but there is not much that you get to do

Good for BPO professionals, 3 months Bench notice, good package on demand.

No Job Security, very few projects (For IT Professionals), Exit month salary will be calculated on basic salary only (Hidden Policy), unresponsive/rude HR.
