Micro management, Not providing hike and bonus as committed while joining, There is no free transport facility only one way cab and that too is chargeable, there no shift allowance for night shift. No job security,they will Target people and torture them so that they will resign themselves.

Genpact is good place to work for but the only pain area is salary which is very low compared to other companies. After 15years of experience, the CTC is not yet 6L.
