My experience with Genpact has mostly been positive. They have a fair working policy. The only thing I didn't like is the hike after first year which is not based on performance but is generalised. From second year onwards it's performance based.

No night allowance, low salary

Dislikes

High attrition rate, poor work life balance, poor salary hikes, over the shifts work, cannot move to other projects easily and life will be stressed. Better to sell chai and samosa. Then after, Even you can make better money then average assistant manager of Genpact

...ams as well with no direct reporting, like working as an SME without incentives. You only have the salary to survive with no motivation, no visibility of promotion, and nowadays no job security as well.

Everything, no work-life balance, no visibility of promotion, demotivating management, no incentive plan for MT and above while they work like a slave

There are moderate growth opportunities in this Organizations.Work pressure is normal depending on your process.Hrbrid shift timings. If you have pending work, you can complete it any time before its deadlines. Sometimes organization throws parties for their employees which is privilege for us. Office is located nearby metro; that's why it is easy for us to commute.

Dislikes

Salary hike is horrible, hardly 4 to 5% annually There is not much learning. Again, it is depending on your process. Monotonous work. It will be difficult for you to acquire new skill set. Manager is not very supportive and will not guide you. You are on your own. If you try to switch your process, you might be in great trouble i.e if you don't get a new process on time, you might lose your job.

Likes

Genpacf is one of the best organization if anyone is new and want to learn new things with great people. Work life Balance is good here, even you can manage your personal life as well. You have a Job security in your mind always while working here ( No one going to force to leave the company).

Dislikes

Salary they are paying the person who are working with them from very long time is very less. Promotion cycle is vary depend on the process and in the Team you are working with.
