Low compensation and worst management whatever process you are in. Here you won't be able to connect with your HR. Everyone behaves like they own the company and they are paying you.

...so get higher package and there is no salary slab structure for different roles. It creates a lot of variance in pay. Genpact as a company needs to improve on its basic applications like raising attendance. Work culture is mostly relaxed in terms of improvement of workplace. Your career growth depends completely on your management as they have to relase you first before you can apply for IJPs. Even though you have completed your tenure and are eligible to grow, your management can still ask you to wait for years before they release you and there is no proper setup on the same. Even though you are the best in the project, your appraisal depends on the rapport you have with management. Those who ask tough questions are not given good ratings.

Employee are also humans, give them space and time to grow. It will be good if we can have a better compensation with that. Suffered serious burnout.

Burnout, No Rest Policy, Issues with scheduled leaves. And to top it all off serious payout issue. The quality of work you deliver will never match what they have expected of you. Even though you are at the top of your game and receiving countless accolades by the customer somehow it is of less to no value for them.

High in Job Security and Job Satisfaction. Management is supporting. It is great to join in with previous experience but as fresher you won't get satisfied salary package.
