It's been almost 8 years working with Genpact and honestly speaking, I love this company for giving me more opprtunity to learn and grow in my professional career. I got the opportunity to travel onsite, Dallas, Tesax US on a new transituin process. Genpact has client based to different geographical location which gives you an opportunity to learn different cultural from across the world. Genpact also has re-hire policy which you can use after 6 month of leaving the organisation. Overall a good organisation to work with.

Dislikes

The only thing I personally don't like about the compensation increment policy. Every organisation may have their own policies, but after working 8 years I feel a bit low about the compensation. Apart from increments you will not find any negative thing to talk about this company.

Culture, ethical standards,policy, environment etc except salary structure.

...process.really bad management lots of vintage employees exited from TMP process. Moreover since last many years I was highlighted in amber about salary structure.those who were vintage employees got less salary package while new joiner getting high pay of salary.please improve this issue.

I like the culture of genpect which is very friendly.

Genpact is a great company but only problem was the way they hire a person. The salary was not given as per my knowledge. It was decided based on last drawn salary.

Just one thing salary come on time.

No growth. No learning. Hostile environment. No one listen you. Move you any other process without discussing with you. Manger and uper management chill but make under there employees working culture hell. You can face all this.

There are hardly promotion happens. Salary increments are below industry and inflation. Since you will work for global clients, hardly get holiday during Indian festivals including Diwali holiday. Job is routine and SOP based so hardly any learning.

Job is monotonous. Increments are pathetic. New learning is almost zero.
