Nothing there is nothing to like about this organisation. The management has a very narrow mind and low grade of work. People with the so called post of AGM are the worst they dont know anything, no knowledge, no skill just because of employees they are sustaining.

Everything from work culture to pay to increment bonus every thing is worst. Getting a degree in MBA is like nothing here. A typical graduate or a plus 2 can work here even. And they worst ever pay never go to this place is a hell

...re in their selfish zoo then. The most selfish, illogical company in the market. They are looking for and also offering salary to the candidates from there current salary. How? Then listen If you check your salary format provided by them in your offer letter in the excel sheet check each and every components and use calculator. After that when u check your previous salary u can check then hav done manipulation in the pf, and many more section. Ed, cbi raid also happened multiple times in their office. They manipulate in everything from salary to there balance sheet. There you have to worked just like a salve after that if you have done that then congrats face the criticism from the manager and also they will harrras you or jealous of you if you doing your work properly. I try to save ur time efforts and ur career. Thats it. Choice is yours

1. Worst culture in PSS team (especially) 2. The general manager recruitment always interfere in personal life and insult like anything. She can abouse physically also. 3. Worst incentive structure. 4. You will give your everything still you will not get any motivation. 5. Moreover worst place to work in permanent staffing solution team. I will never recommend anyone.

1. Poor Management. 2. No training, Most of the seniors are bootlickers 3. Sr. Management thinks money can bring anything. 4. No value for old employees. 5. No skill development/learning. 6. Management will do groupism, but if worker does then it will be a severe criminalism.

Salary structure is very poor. General Manager of Payroll Dept. - Asit Roy, he is worst. His behavior is really very worst. I wish nobody joins his team or else that person will be the unluckiest one. Not at all supportive. Cannot see other's happiness. Appraisal is very poor like it's better to not have it. Even if someone tries to stay & learn things from there, Asit roy will force that person to leave the company. Tortures mentally. He's a bloody selfish.
