Healthy work environment, Experienced and talented seniors, Management is open to adopt anything good for the company and employees, both. Last two years the approach of the management has positively changed and the have very clear vision.

Dislikes

One month salary as Security Deposit, working on all Saturday ( Except 2nd Saturday) HR policy not compiled and published, no clarity on Gratuity, no policy or steps taken for tax savings scheme.

Work Environment. Good Place salary received on time. Bonus Packages water & Tea. Dussehra & Diwali Celebrations No Partiality, Very Good Nature Boss, perfectly maintain all the Employees.

Lunch time not Sufficient. Better if extend to 10 Mins more.

...hand man, for him pleasing the king is more imp than supporting the soldiers. Salary is a Trap, in-hand way less than CTC. No Growth Opportunity No Career Advancement, Lack Innovation in Design, Keep inventing the same wheel for all kinds of projects, No Team Bonding Exercise, No effort for employee welfare. No Off-Sites, Best of all is you get only one day off in a month, literary no Paid Leaves.

Good work environment.teammates and leads are supportive company policies are good and they give bonus every year

There is a lot of politics based on that they give hikes so some are not getting good hikes
