One month salary as Security Deposit, working on all Saturday ( Except 2nd Saturday) HR policy not compiled and published, no clarity on Gratuity, no policy or steps taken for tax savings scheme.

...hand man, for him pleasing the king is more imp than supporting the soldiers. Salary is a Trap, in-hand way less than CTC. No Growth Opportunity No Career Advancement, Lack Innovation in Design, Keep inventing the same wheel for all kinds of projects, No Team Bonding Exercise, No effort for employee welfare. No Off-Sites, Best of all is you get only one day off in a month, literary no Paid Leaves.

There is a lot of politics based on that they give hikes so some are not getting good hikes

It is the leading Architectural firm In Hyderabad, for no reason and they have plenty of work in hand. Most of the builders are with Genesis only for what reason God knows
