Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Flexible working hours, paid leave, Good leanings environment, support and guidance from seniors, bonuses, on time salary, Good number of projects. Healthy work environment, Experienced and talented seniors, Management is open to adopt anything good for the company and employees, both. Last two years the approach of the management has positively changed and the have very clear vision.

Dislikes

One month salary as Security Deposit, working on all Saturday ( Except 2nd Saturday) HR policy not compiled and published, no clarity on Gratuity, no policy or steps taken for tax savings scheme.

Work Environment. Good Place salary received on time. Bonus Packages water & Tea. Dussehra & Diwali Celebrations No Partiality, Very Good Nature Boss, perfectly maintain all the Employees.

Dislikes

Lunch time not Sufficient. Better if extend to 10 Mins more.

Great Location and View from Office Building Well Air Conditioned, Summer after noons are comfortable Parking is a nightmare Good Workstations Conference rooms fitted with Latest Gadgets Highly Secured Network

...hand man, for him pleasing the king is more imp than supporting the soldiers. Salary is a Trap, in-hand way less than CTC. No Growth Opportunity No Career Advancement, Lack Innovation in Design, Keep inventing the same wheel for all kinds of projects, No Team Bonding Exercise, No effort for employee welfare. No Off-Sites, Best of all is you get only one day off in a month, literary no Paid Leaves.
