If you know Hindi you can adopt the situation. Unfortunately I don't know Hindi. Office culture is very bad. It's not a office its stored room.

...company when you are start career, but after that you should to move to another. bcoz salary hike rate is very slow, it is not fix that you will get increment every year. People of HR & Accounts are very good & supportive. They will hear if you have personal problem. kamal sir & Ali sir are nice person. Shiv Kant sir is great.

Salary is few low in compare to other company , politicies is too much in north region. Mr. Ravi Bajpai is Great Politician & he has to play politices in every time weather it is in fever to company or not, he survive due to his politics. North GEMS runs only on 1 rule " One Man Show" Mr. Pawan has no skills to run a branch, he is only engineer & has no managerial skills. A lay man can't be a Good manager. for example a service engg of Jodhpur is on tour to Bikaner & Bikaner Engg is on tour to Jodhpur.

There is nothing to like about working there, Management is directionless. It is a group of highly incompetent people. Only autocracy rules no employee benefit taken into consideration. I got to know from my colleagues that company without informing employees started deducting salaries from the very day lockdown was announced. Pay salaries after 20th every month. Not paying reimbursement from last couple of months.

Dislikes

From last many years no body got promotion, no fixed date for salary reimbursement, no growth, management is more interested in shared services instead of increasing sales, HODs are good for nothing, rather than working in one's domain, to save their skin they downplay and blame other departments. They took 7 months to settle my F&F, this shows the ideology, company policies and employees benefits. Even if you are unemployed, don't join this company.

There is something new to learn every day. Good work environment and culture.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
