From last many years no body got promotion, no fixed date for salary reimbursement, no growth, management is more interested in shared services instead of increasing sales, HODs are good for nothing, rather than working in one's domain, to save their skin they downplay and blame other departments. They took 7 months to settle my F&F, this shows the ideology, company policies and employees benefits. Even if you are unemployed, don't join this company....Read More

Well established management structure. Good environment in company. ITS dept. Need improvements. Loop holes in SCM dept. Hampers company image. Skill development planning and execution very poor. Compensation extremely poor hampering service quality. No authorities at state level confusing customer resulting company business. Back office manpower to be increased for smooth operations.
