Best culture, timing and work life balance, pick up and drop service.

Dislikes

No work satisfaction for lab assistant people (for young people who are graduate and want more from life. not idiot married people who are chilled and settle down what they have.) Appraisal based on favoritism.

Job security Transport facility . . .mon-fri job (Saturday optional) . . . Nothing else

Different people different experience.. Here's mine :): If you are in grading then it's good because that's the only department has higher pays which makes sense & feels better even after grinding over a month that paycheck puts a smile on your face also the department deals with physical properties of Diamonds (gem) the other properties quantify in other department (im not disclosing) but yet still some knowledge about gems however, like me if you are in lab assistant/associate/low profile etc role. then tiny paycheck won't rapture you beside they work so hard may be same as graders but receive so little. Here Grading is ding-ling carrot in front of donkey(us) which takes years to achieve via education, compilation of their courses and still no guarantee to get the position or decent paycheck"harsh but truth".
