Appraisal scaling is not good. Company have WFH policy but we cannot take on Monday and Friday

Geberit Company in my job so very Secure and Geberit Company Culture is very good.Then Management is so very excellent.And Company policy is very good and I am very satisfied to Company Policy.

Being an MNC it's easy to work and mingle out with people. Lot of things to learn about and few people are supporting.

Not much of promotions and bit of politics. Difficult to get your work done if you don't belong to South India since maximum number of employees come from South.
