Work environment and work culture are the best things to highlight. Each and every Co-workers are great peoples and very helpful. Another best thing provided by the company is gearinc academy. It's free for every gearinc employees and very easy to attend and complete courses.

Dislikes

Management of this company is not good. They doesn't show any problem solving approach towards us. "IT SOLUTIONS" can't solve problems. They basically have a single solution of every problem and that is restarting systems. And if that doesn't work you have to change your seat. The policies are also damn interesting like if you have more than 2 leaves you can't get the punctuality. You are absent for 3 days without informing earlier or you have pre approved planned and ploted leaves for 3 days both results the same. Board football is broken for many months after informing everyone including HRs and GA GT teams many times they still trying but can't manage to fix a single steel rod. also job security is very less here. Appraisal process is irrelevant and kind of luck basis approach.

In Gear COC, their policies seem unclear and unfair. If you're an agent and come late to work, you receive a warning letter, but the same doesn't apply to QAs or team leads. Additionally, there’s a lot of office politics between the overheads and agents. One of the senior team leads, Subajit Mandal, lacks professionalism, process knowledge, and proper English communication skills. His main focus seems to be targeting specific agents to get them fired. On the other hand, there’s a QA who consistently arrives late, but no action is taken against him. His behavior is overly arrogant, almost like that of a bully.

There is no culture.

Dislikes

Backbone less, uncultured & illiterate people are there in the management. They don't know land of law. They don't understand POSH and people made the office lover's park. They are playing with the carrier with Indian employees. Don't leave your job and join this company.
