Technical competency. in a team 10% to 20% ge staff rest vendor-partner. top-management lacks technical leadership. lot of un necessary processes and tools. overwhelming management hierarchy, need to improvise on securing good software engineers.

GE is a great company. Excellent teammates, diversity & inclusion is at all levels. Employee friendly policies. Good compensation & benefits. No politics & very encouraging people leaders.

Work life balance is tricky & depends on the team you are in. Not much of career growth. Very less onsite travel opportunities.

Working cultural is best for fresher also best opportunity knowledge gain & improve ours skills. The best part of Team members & Management (HR) are Supportive.For freshers there is no Job security it's only depends upon on your performance & available requirements (vacancy).For women's is safe working cultural & so many safety policy's.

As we Accepted for fresher salary package is little bit low as compared to others company,but it's okay with other facilities is free. so it's good.
