The team I was working in was good and my seniors were supportive.

Dislikes

1. No growth. No trainings, nothing! 2. No compensation and benefits. 3. Didn't give any salary during lockdowns but forced us to work till late nights. 4. Super seniors are discouraging and arrogant. 5. Terrible work culture. 6. The worst HR team can be found in the company. 7. Company policies were not employee friendly. 8. Big time frauds. 9. Negative work environment. 10. Management doesnt care about employees. Even after having crores of income, they didn't pay us during COVID and compelled us to join the office even where there was country- wide lockdown.

Likes

There is no job security. Every things are under incharges. No HR department roll for employees. Senior management doesn't look into the matter of project employees. Project employee's job are under the incharge's hand.

Dislikes

Only incharge is key person. No senior management's and HR department roll for employee's deputation, working, promotion and incriment. Always junior employees remains under pressure of incharges.
