GK is a startup that makes a LOT of money (so the salary, perks, and benefits are great). Unfortunately, the company lacks the ability to satisfy its employees' actual needs - work-life balance, job satisfaction, job security, etc. The Leadership team seems to be mostly disengaged with the employee engagement initiatives and that lack of interest becomes evident. There's lack of transperancy and proper communication across the organisation.

Customer support team Bad work culture. Rotational shifts(only for men) for women it's a day job. Cab facility only for women, men can duck off. As you join gameskraft forget that you have/had a life. Top notch Gali/mohalla vibes. You can literally see people unboxing thier parcels(women) and discussing the items specially (dressess) like its a cassual aunties sunday meetings. Apart from these the company promotes betting/gambling games like poker so expect the custome to be rude and abusive. There is no structure if the hierarchy your junior can give you directions and tell you what to do for the day(not in a good way). The tone with which the staff talks is no less than a charectorless drunkard. you are expected to handle all the channels call/email/chat/ mopping/cleaning 🧹 and what not you're expected to do everything (satire)

There are many perks like health insurance, term insurance, free lunch and evening snacks so you don't have to worry about the food. The scale is really good and you will have to handle the devops also you will learn those things as well.

Dislikes

Company culture has changed after the GST changes for real money gaming. Like health insurance amount has decreased by half and many other cost cutting measures are being taken but everyone is concerned about the looming danger of firing. Also culture is not being same as it was earlier. Many times you have to work on weekend to meet the deadline.

...re ready to put in all the efforts needed. Join this company without hesitation. The salary they pay is good too. I got a higher package than my batchmate along with ESOPs

No job security. They unnecessarily Target and fire you No work life balance. How much ever you work, it's never enough for them. Management changed and they made evryone's life hell
