Colleagues are the best, maybe the only good thing here

Dislikes

...lture. You do not get paid for the extra hours that you're made to sit and work. Your salary does get deducted for even being late even by a minute. No creative ideas are welcome here. Only the CEO makes the decisions here. Why are people with different kills hired then? What you're hired for and what you do might be completely different. Tight deadlines. Quality is compromised because of this. Employees are expendable here. Doesn't matter you're a fresher or someone working for years. If you've irked the management somehow, they'll remove you from the company. Also low level employees are shouted at in front of everyone. Anything else? Yeah a lot. Don't believe me? Then try working here... you'll believe me

...us on, and since it gets them financial results, they don't bother to improve. - They GET financial results, but they refuse to pay their artists and designers a working salary. Smaller startups have better payscales. Management get a fair chunk for doing little but being yes-men. But props to them, they stayed that long. - Every single employee is little more than a body to push or a name on a spreadsheet. You have talented staff. Let them go free and use management skills to get the job done, not the other way around.

Worst teamleaders..Only workholic and people who admire art director are given preference and most attention.No job security at all. they can ask anyone to leave anytime.All depends on their mood.No career growth as artist are asked to create same art for years and years..Not paid for extra hours of earning..I WOULD SUGGEST ARTIST NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY..THEY DONT VALUE AN ARTIST..

There is absolutely nothing to like about the company

Dislikes

Everybody is on your head all the time. Absolutely no creative freedom. No work life balance. Blame games happening all the time. No realistic planning because of which efforts and time is wasted. And everything ends up happening at last minute. Over and useless utilisation of human resource.

EVERYTHING... !!! Their management is terrible. The CEO Alok Kejriwal and his bimbet wife Chhavi kejriwal are fraud ppl, they will make you do lots of lengthy assignments in the interview round which is like working for free since it takes up alot of your creative, patience and time. They have few ppl in hr like Carol and Gurpreet and in fashion team Sonali and Juhi who are not talented but are big time a** lickers hence their opinions are the most importance to them and new employees are hired and fired on the basis of these ppls liking for the new comers. No matter how talented you are. Infact if you are talented then you are a threat and competition to them so you will surely be targeted and fired for no reason. This job has zero job security. You can only sustain if you have a** licking skills.
