Free breakfast every day. Snacks every Friday evening. Permanent work from home. Some of the people are a delight to work with. Watching TV series during lunch break was fun before Covid situation.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. You start working at 9.30 am and will be working after 10.30 pm in the night. Even if the official working days are Mon-Fri, we are "encouraged" to work on Saturdays and be available on Sundays. Salary increment is very very less compared to other companies. Most people don't survive more than a year here. Company Management is terrible.

Colleagues are the best, maybe the only good thing here

Well several things. Firstly the work culture. You do not get paid for the extra hours that you're made to sit and work. Your salary does get deducted for even being late even by a minute. No creative ideas are welcome here. Only the CEO makes the decisions here. Why are people with different kills hired then? What you're hired forand what you do might be completely different. Tight deadlines. Quality is compromised because of this. Employees are expendable here. Doesn't matter you're a fresher or someone working for years. If you've irked the management somehow, they'll remove you from the company. Also low level employees are shouted at in front of everyone. Anything else? Yeah a lot. Don't believe me? - Incredibly micromanaged by the CEO (Why hire managers at all? Only one seemed to be getting her job done) - Public dressing downs, complete with cursing and personal attacks. Even to senior employees. - Absolutely refusing to let your artists do their best work. Honestly. Quantity over quality is what they focus on, and since it gets them financial results, they don't bother to improve. - They GET financial results, but they refuse to pay their artists and designers a working salary. Smaller startups have better payscales. Management get a fair chunk for doing little but being yes-men. But props to them, they stayed that long. - Every single employee is little more than a body to push or a name on a spreadsheet. You have talented staff. Let them go free and use management skills to get the job done, not the other way around....Read More

Worst teamleaders..Only workholic and people who admire art director are given preference and most attention.No job security at all. they can ask anyone to leave anytime.All depends on their mood.No career growth as artist are asked to create same art for years and years..Not paid for extra hours of earning..I WOULD SUGGEST ARTIST NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY..THEY DONT VALUE AN ARTIST..

I have great experience worked at g2w. Teammates and overall staff is very helpfull and supportive...ceo Alok is also knowledgeable person. He has many things that you can learn from him...appraisal is also 20-30% out of 100%. Over all I ll say its best company in my life...
