1. Late salary (at least 40 days) 2. Poor management (they don't care about there employees safety) 3. They will send you at work site without tool and spare later they will ask arrange by your own we will manage in salary and expenses but they will never give any expenses. 4. Discrimination between other team members 5. TL and circle head unsupportive 6. They provide my RO letter after 10 months and 80+ email communication and after escalation to the company head 7. Heavy work load 8.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. 9. Many more I can't write down all of them.😛

Hi everyone I am Naveen I worked 6 months in this company I wasted my time 6 months because first month salary they will not give and 2 months they will not give proper salary and allowens . If any engineering joined they will give work like congrats,and cement we want to do that phisical activities for new installation in customer side sometimes we want to drill and we carry that cement to ground floor to terrace and carry water so much of hard work . We want to claim the tower it will take 2 to 4 hours

I everyone I am Naveen. I worked 6 months in this company I wasted my time because first month salary they will not give and 2 months salary they will not give proper salary and allowens.if any engineering B .E joined they will give you work like congrats, cement, drilling and water, cable , MSand, this all we need to carry from ground floor to terrace. We want to do full Hard work and full physical activities and we want to claim the tower it will take 2 to 4 hours. Salary for technician is 11500 but they will give 9500 when we asked why less salary they told 500 rupees is advance after 6 months ( 3000) rupees they will return but since our friends didn't receive that amount. And important PF amount they are not putting since I joined my 6 months pf amount is not given. For Engineer salary 13500 same problem I mentioned above. And finally if any urgent work means they will provide cab and after complete our work they will not arrange a cab, Management is worst they are scolding bad words ( Saravanan and Anandh, Arun Kumar ) they all are management team

There is no satisfaction to work in this company. During covid-19 only salary provided but no responsibility taken from company side.

All back office staff is selfish and illiterate. Compensation and other allowance not fully paid and also within time

Dislikes

No timely salary process. Allowances paid half and everytime delay. No growth, no increment. Totally waste of life in this company. All upper level staff behave like thief.
