Gallagher is a good place for freshers as we get to learn a lot in this organization but work atmosphere is not good.

...m and he stares private place and passes comments which is even more disturbing. Finance head will be aware of all his behaviour but it will be entertained. Also other team managers from different processes who are working under him will join him while he is harrassing. It's like a group harrassment and others will also enjoy or simply see it. It is not understood untill they face it. Till now 3 ladies and 1 guy has left the organization from one of his process but the company and HR and Finance head are not at all bothered of anything. They will also spread some fake rumours sometimes knowingly to spoil innocent's name and sometimes on their assumptions as they need some gossip.

Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that iam a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. in this pandamic situation Gallagher started reducing the headcount and there is no job security in gallagher and Gallagher reducing the allowance and salary of the employees and management is not good too much of politics in the company

Dislikes

Gallagher company is giving the very less compensation and growth is slow in the organisation. work pressure is very high, i have to work 12 - 14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend calls in the evening. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, i do receive appreciation emails from mu clients but unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.there is no job security in Gallagher, no career growth inn company, salary/appraisal is slow, too much politics, work environment is good.

It's good only for fresher to get experience on BPO KPO culture.

...ival in this company. Cut copy paste. There is no growth for experienced people. Salary is extremely less, no hikes, no bonus, no onsite opportunities also no additional amt paid for extra hours we work( shows error n deduct 100%)

The environment was quite good and the work atmosphere was also fine work pressure was to high and I had my personal reasons to resign from the job

The compensation and benefits was bad as they take work they paid really bad for it
