It has given me a good opportunity to in this organization, it could be better if they increase the pay and provide bonus for employees.

They should come and collect the assets at the place where they have delivered.

Gallagher is a good place for freshers as we get to learn a lot in this organization but work atmosphere is not good.

...m and he stares private place and passes comments which is even more disturbing. Finance head will be aware of all his behaviour but it will be entertained. Also other team managers from different processes who are working under him will join him while he is harrassing. It's like a group harrassment and others will also enjoy or simply see it. It is not understood untill they face it. Till now 3 ladies and 1 guy has left the organization from one of his process but the company and HR and Finance head are not at all bothered of anything. They will also spread some fake rumours sometimes knowingly to spoil innocent's name and sometimes on their assumptions as they need some gossip.

The Company has a good environment to the people who starts as a Freshers and has a better culture towards the employees.

Dislikes

The salary is what I dislike about this company the appraisal per year is too low.

...g many employees from Associate level to managerial level. No Job security here. Salary is less but the pressure they give is terrible. You don't know when you will be layedoff from your job.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing dislikes about the company but only dislike is team leaders listen to senior employees and doesn't bother about junior.
