I love the fact that iam a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. in this pandamic situation Gallagher started reducing the headcount and there is no job security in gallagher and Gallagher reducing the allowance and salary of the employees and management is not good too much of politics in the company

Gallagher company is giving the very less compensation and growth is slow in the organisation. work pressure is very high, i have to work 12 - 14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend calls in the evening. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, i do receive appreciation emails from mu clients but unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.there is no job security in Gallagher, no career growth inn company, salary/appraisal is slow, too much politics, work environment is good.

* Management was very supportive. Specially my service delivery manager was standing every time when in need. His name is Kent Correa in compliance department. Working hours are also very flexible

In terms of pay Its little bit less . It should improve by 20%

Management, hiring people on reference basis hv more compensation and lack of knowledge. The appraisal thing is manual, no proper process. Company is good but TM or STM depend department wise.

The only thing you can expect from this company is a two way cab facility. Nothing else.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Lot of politics, no proper growth, salary wise it's really worst. The work they get from employees won't match with what they get paid. Lot of work pressure. You won't be able to balance your professional life with personal. They expect you to work on weekends too due to more target.
