There is nothing to like about Gallagher except for Work from home benefits

Salary is less and the work pressure is more, they will even force you to work on weekends no work life balance, they will treat you badly even during the notice period

The only thing you can expect from this company is a two way cab facility. Nothing else.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Lot of politics, no proper growth, salary wise it's really worst. The work they get from employees won't match with what they get paid. Lot of work pressure. You won't be able to balance your professional life with personal. They expect you to work on weekends too due to more target.

Working in gallagher was one of the best work experience I had as company focuses more on quality service to the customers

Salary could have been little better as per industry standards for experienced employees

There is no job security and zero investment in people for their development. They have no work culture and management does not have enough facilities to skill enhancement.

Dislikes

...Security, 600 members were laid off within a day and were not given any chances. This company has the least in terms of compensation. No fun activities or MNC work environment. People have no motivation. Forget about the promotion if you are working hard.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Nothing dislikes about the company but only dislike is team leaders listen to senior employees and doesn't bother about junior.
