Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Before corona effect engulfing the dermatology market rapidly . Product manager was too good Mr.Arijit MD having a strong knowledge and grip in derma market. Being a fresher they not only give me opportunity but also nourished me very well thus I am working in a reputed organization now .

Since working from the first day I have experienced ups and downs.MD sir is so creative and supportive still I am not getting superior like him.He always feel the field oriented issues those others managers are not feel.I have enjoyed avlotvand learn in my three years assosiation.Pray god this company will boom again.all the best.
